
Teaching
Murray is a passionate educator who strives for optimal student engagement and high achievement. He has known he has wanted to be a teacher since he was 15, and he has since taken every step he can to move further towards that dream.

Murray is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, certifying him to teach in Ontario. He is certified in Instrumental Music and Geography for Grades 7-12. He has experience teaching in the school system, and supporting teachers as a clinician.​

Murray is involved with many music education advocacy groups, and is a member of the CMEA, OMEA, CBA, OBA, International Conductors' Guild, and Choral Canada. He has worked with the Youth4Music program at the Coalition for Music Education in Canada on multiple occasions, and has attended workshops, clinics, and conferences across Canada and the United States.

Murray is available for lessons, tutoring, coaching, workshops, and clinics on clarinet, music theory, and conducting. He is always welcome to come into your school and work with your group.
