The Music4Life String Orchestra, founded by current President Sheri Ferko, is an all ages, multi-level string orchestra that performs out of Ajax. They are currently directed by cellist and composer Kathryn Knowles. Murray Lefebvre has served as Assistant Conductor since the beginning of 2025.

The orchestra provides high quality music education for all, bringing together professional musicians, student musicians, and amateur musicians from all over the Greater Toronto Area. They perform two concerts a season, with a third community concert at the end of June. They feature classical, pop, jazz, film, and so much more. Guest artists are brought in for each of the first two concerts to make a truly memorable experience for all. Recent highlights include Emilie-Claire Barlow and vocal group Countermeasure.
